Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes activities that are prohibited on YeapTel. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
Prohibited messaging
- Sending SMS/MMS to recipients who have not consented to receive messages from you.
- Ignoring STOP/opt-out requests.
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages, phishing content, or messages that impersonate another party.
- Registering messaging campaigns with content that does not match your actual use case.
Prohibited calling
- Robocalling or auto-dialing without required consent.
- Caller ID spoofing intended to mislead or defraud recipients.
- Using YeapTel numbers for harassment or threats.
Prohibited account activity
- Registering a business or emergency address that is not genuine.
- Using the Communications API to build a competing bulk messaging or robocalling service.
- Attempting to circumvent rate limits, scopes, or account suspensions.
