Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of YeapTel, a communications platform operated by Yeap Inc. By creating a YeapTel account, you agree to these terms.

The service

YeapTel provides phone numbers, voice calling, SMS/MMS messaging, and related communications tools, billed according to the plan you subscribe to. Usage beyond your plan's included allowances is billed as overage, shown on your invoice.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your account and team member access secure.
• Provide accurate business and emergency address information.
• Comply with applicable telecom regulations, including messaging consent requirements for any numbers you use to send SMS/MMS.
• Use the service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Suspension

We may suspend or restrict service for accounts that violate these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, fail to pay outstanding invoices, or are found to have provided fraudulent registration information.

Limitation of liability

YeapTel is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yeap Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on emergency calling in circumstances described in our Emergency Calling Disclosure.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of YeapTel after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
